Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

These Terms of Service apply when you browse our website, create an account, place an order or otherwise use our website.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable and will be displayed before you complete your order.

Prices may change from time to time, but a price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you before accepting the order.

If we cannot fulfil the order at the correct price, we may cancel it and refund any amount you have already paid.

5. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

You will normally receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

For physical goods, a contract between you and Cheer Vibes will normally be formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

For digital gift cards, the contract will normally be formed when the gift card is issued.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment already taken.

6. ORDER REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION BY US

We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including where:

• a product is unavailable;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
• there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• delivery to the requested location is unavailable;
• an order exceeds a reasonable quantity limit; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order lawfully.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and you are not at fault, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Available payment methods may include debit or credit cards and other payment services displayed during checkout.

Some payment options, such as Klarna or Clearpay, may be provided by third parties and are subject to the third party's own eligibility requirements and terms.

We are not responsible for whether a third-party payment provider approves or declines an application or payment.

8. DELIVERY

Our dispatch times, delivery methods, delivery charges and international shipping information are explained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at sales@cheervibes.co.uk.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you, subject to applicable consumer law.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international delivery to selected destinations.

Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For most eligible goods purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to tell us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Once cancellation has been notified, the customer normally has a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain exceptions apply, including some personalised or custom-made goods and certain sealed hygiene products once opened.

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsatisfactory goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation right and are not affected by these Terms.

11. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at sales@cheervibes.co.uk.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.

We will deal with faulty or incorrect products in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

12. GIFT CARDS

Cheer Vibes digital gift cards are delivered electronically.

Gift cards may be used towards eligible purchases through our online store in accordance with the conditions displayed when the gift card is purchased.

Gift cards cannot normally be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your gift card code secure.

Please contact us promptly if you believe a gift card has been used without authorisation.

13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND STOCK

We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate.

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order is placed due to stock errors, supplier issues or simultaneous purchases.

If this happens, we will contact you and either offer an appropriate alternative where you agree to one or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

We are not obliged to substitute a product without your agreement.
