Are your toys safety compliant?
Yes π Our toys are sourced for sale in the UK and are supplied in accordance with applicable UK toy safety requirements. Where required, products carry the appropriate conformity marking, such as CE or UKCA.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1β2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Personalised items may take a little longer.
How will my order be sent?
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes π International delivery is available. Shipping prices are shown at checkout. Customs charges or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned in line with our Returns Policy. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions.
Can jewellery be returned?
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery such as earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or removed. Personalised jewellery also cannot normally be returned for change of mind.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! π Cheer Vibes digital gift cards are available from Β£5 to Β£50 and are delivered by email.
Are gift cards posted to me?
No. Our gift cards are digital and are delivered by email, so no physical gift card will be posted.
How do I contact Cheer Vibes?

What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10amβ1pm. We are closed at weekends and on UK Bank Holidays.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has started processing or has been dispatched.
